Does Your Building Require these Services?
Check with your local Authorities Having Jurisdiction to determine your local and state codes and laws. However, as a general rule, your building requires the services of a Special Inspection Agency for Mechanical Smoke Control System if it is:
• A High-Rise Structure 75-feet or taller (Note: in NV, it's 55 ft)
• An Atrium or an opening connecting two or more stories enclosed with a roof
• An Underground Building 30-feet or greater below the surface
Our unique approach of combining mechanical commissioning with smoke control testing ensures you rigorously inspected life and safety systems and provides you due diligence, as well. Whether your project is new construction or the re-certification of existing systems, TMCx Life Safety proudly continues the TMCx tradition of providing professional services with integrity.
